Terms of Use of Bottegiani.com

The registration and/or the use of the website www.bottegiani.com ( the “Website”) imply the user’s  ( the “User”) acceptance of the General Conditions herein. Your use of the Website and /or the acceptance  of the General Conditions at registration represent an agreement between you and Crazy for Cashmere s.r.l.(the “Company”). If you do not agree on the following General Conditions you will not be authorized to use the Website and the services provided by the Company. These General Conditions exclusively regulate the offer, the forwarding and the acceptance of purchasing orders of products on www.bottegiani.com, between the Website Users and the Company.

  • Content property

The Website and its contents, including for instance the texts and the images ( the “Contents”), are property of the Company or of Third Parties that provide services to the Company. All rights are reserved unless specifically specified. Any Content such as brands, logos or any other distinctive signs are registered trademarks  of the Company or of Third Parties that have granted the relevant rights. An unauthorized use of the contents or any use by the Customer which is to be considered in contrast with these General Conditions is forbidden.

  • Conclusion of contract with the Company

In order to conclude the purchasing contract of one or more products on www.bottegiani.com the User will have to fill in an electronic  format order form and send it to the Company,  in electronic data transmission, following the instructions.
The contract will be considered as concluded when the Company receives, in electronic data transmission, the order form from the User, after checking the correctness of the data included. Once the contract is concluded, the Company will assume the Customer’s purchasing order. The Company has the right to not carry on with those orders that might prove to have insufficient assurance of solvency or that prove to be incomplete or not correct or in case if the products are not available. In any of these cases the Company will inform the Customer it will not be able to carry out the order specifying the reasons for it. In case the products ordered by the Customer were no longer available, the Company will immediately inform the Customer. In case the form is sent and the amount due is paid, the Company will refund the Customer for what has been paid in advance.

  • Delivery Time

The delivery time of the goods ordered from  the Website vary according to the order placed by the Customer and the delivery conditions for the order itself. Shipment will be arranged within 7 working days from the payment and the credit entry.
The time relating to the delivery terms are approximate and not binding for the Company.

  • Goods delivery

At delivery of the goods the Customer has to check:


-  That the number of the parcels delivered corresponds to what stated in the bill of lading
-  That the packaging is intact  and not altered even in the closing tapes


In case of tampering  and / or damage the Customer will have to immediately notify the shipment  and/ or the delivery placing the writing “goods unchecked  for…” (write the reason) on the Bill of Lading received by the courier or any other operator. Following this, the Customer will have to signal any damage within 3 days from receiving the goods according to the modalities planned by the operator that has carried out the shipment.

  • Tracking of shipments

It is possible to track the status of any shipment on-line thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the Customer’s email address once the shipment has been sent and which contains information about the courier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track your shipment.

  • Cancelling or modifying an order

To modify or cancel an order which has already been submitted it is necessary to promptly contact the Company via email at info@bottegiani.com or on the phone 00390240700803 specifying the reference number.

  • Limitations on the right of cancellation concerning products

  1. Damaged goods, or goods used in any way other than what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, will not be replaced or refunded. The User shall place a copy of the delivery receipt in the package when returning the goods.

  2. The right of cancellation does not apply to: goods that were made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons or are related to health protection and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 2 working days from the time the Company receive the product back.

The User will be reimbursed by the Company for all payments made to the Comapny, including those covering the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from a possible choice of a certain type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered, which would have incurred lower delivery costs).

  • Payments

The payments made on the site are safe and guaranteed and can be carried out as follows:

  • Credit Card Payment

In case of purchases  with Credit Card  (with associated conclusion of the order transaction) the referential Bank Institute will authorize the charge of the amount related to the purchase made. In case the order is cancelled, either by the Customer or by the Company (should the contract not be accepted), the Company will be asked to cancel the transition and transfer the amount committed. The Company has the authority to request further information from the Customer or the transmission of copies of documents which prove the ownership of the card used. In case the Customer does not provide such documents and/or copies, the Company reserves the option of not accepting the conclusion of the contract. At no point during the purchasing process by Credit Card is the Company able to know personal information regarding the owner of the card since the information is sent directly to the website of the Bank Institute which manages the transaction, which is  a protected site.

  • Paypal Payment

Selecting Paypal Payment the Customer will be redirected to a page of the Paypal Website where he will write in his email address and password and the payment will be carried out. The financial data of the User will be dealt with by Paypal directly. In case the order is cancelled or Crazy for Cashmere s.r.l. does not accept it, the amount will be refunded on the Paypal account of the User Crazy for Cashmere srl  will not be considered responsible  for delays or damages occurred during the refund process.
