Where are your product made?
We are proud to offer product which are completely Made in Italy.
The yarns we use come exclusively from the best Italian spinners, as for example Cariaggi or Loro Piana.
The design, and all production passages are carried out by our expert Italian craftsmen inside the laboratory in Umbria.
Even the packaging is studied and made in Italy.
Where can I buy your products?
The only place where you can buy Bottegiani products is on our online store.
We sell direct to consumer, skipping all the intermediaries that raise a lot the price but not the quality, in this way we can focus only on the quality of the raw materials, of the manufacture, and offer you a luxury quality product at the best possible price.
You will never find our products at other retailers.
How can I sign up for the newsletter?

I signed up for the newsletter, but I didn't receive the discount code?
A welcome email is sent to new members immediately, with the code to be used to obtain the discount. If you have not received this email, we invite you to check in your spam email, or to try to sign up again by checking that the email provided is correct. If even after this, you have not received the welcome email, contact our customer service.

You can place orders without creating an account, however the account will make future shopping easier, and it allows you to acces exclusive areas and services

How do I choose the right size?
All sizes are in Italian sizes, you can find a size conversion chart in the help section: "size guide", or on each product page.
The fit of our sweaters is aligned with the most famous knitwear brands, so feel free to choose the size of pullover you usually wear.
How can I use the welcome discount voucher?
You can only use the voucher once, if you don't want to use it for your first order, you can use it for a future order within an year from the time you received it.
Can I request a gift box?
Of course, on the shopping cart page in the "add a note" section you can ask not only for the gift box, but you can also write a personal message that will be reported by us on a greeting card.

What can I do if my size is not available in an article?
If the size you are interested in is not available, write at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the article and the size you would like, we will make it, especially for you, this is the advantage of being craftsmen.
The waiting times are around 3-4 weeks, more detailed times will be given in response to each individual request.
For sizes 60 and 62 there is a surcharge of 20%

How do I return my order?

A pre-paid TNT returns label will be sent by e-mail, with the instruction for the collection.
It is possible to agree with us a specific day for the collection, in this case we ask you to communicate us it by e-mail.
It is possible to request the collection at a different address of the order address, as long as it is in the same district.
