Where are your product made?


We are proud to offer product which are completely Made in Italy.
The yarns we use come exclusively from the best Italian spinners, as for example Cariaggi or Loro Piana.
The design, and all production passages are carried out by our expert Italian craftsmen inside the laboratory in Umbria.
Even the packaging is studied and made in Italy.




Where can I buy your products?


The only place where you can buy Bottegiani products is on our online store.
We sell direct to consumer, skipping all the intermediaries that raise a lot the price but not the quality, in this way we can focus only on the quality of the raw materials, of the manufacture, and offer you a luxury quality product at the best possible price.
You will never find our products at other retailers.
To give you the possibility to see our quality first hand, we offer a hassle-free shopping experience, with free returns or exchanges for any reason in Italy, EU, Switzerland, Norway , Liechtestein, Monaco, USA, Canada.




How can I sign up for the newsletter?


To subscribe to the newsletter, you only need to indicate your email address in the form below on each page of our site.




I signed up for the newsletter, but I didn't receive the discount code?


A welcome email is sent to new members immediately, with the code to be used to obtain the discount. If you have not received this email, we invite you to check in your spam email, or to try to sign up again by checking that the email provided is correct. If even after this, you have not received the welcome email, contact our customer service.
Warning: The welcome email is sent only the first time you sign up, if in the past you have already subscribed to the newsletter and you do not find longer the welcome email, contact our customer service to receive again the discount code.




How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?


You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link that you can find at the bottom of any newsletter received or by contacting our customer service





Orders

Do I have to create an account to place an order?


You can place orders without creating an account, however the account will make future shopping easier, and it allows you to acces exclusive areas and services




How can I create an account?


At the top right of the site page click on log in and enter the required data.
By registering you will be able to see the status of orders, save delivery addresses, payments data and much more.




How do I choose the right size?


All sizes are in Italian sizes, you can find a size conversion chart in the help section: "size guide", or on each product page.
The fit of our sweaters is aligned with the most famous knitwear brands, so feel free to choose the size of pullover you usually wear.




How can I use the welcome discount voucher?


You can only use the voucher once, if you don't want to use it for your first order, you can use it for a future order within an year from the time you received it. To use the voucher you must enter the code received in the appropriate box on the cart page.




Can I request a gift box?


Of course, on the shopping cart page in the "add a note" section you can ask not only for the gift box, but you can also write a personal message that will be reported by us on a greeting card.




Which payment method do you accept?


We accept all forms of payment: Debits or Credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal




What can I do if my size is not available in an article?


If the size you are interested in is not available, write at info@bottegiani.com indicating the article and the size you would like, we will make it, especially for you, this is the advantage of being craftsmen.
The waiting times are around 3-4 weeks, more detailed times will be given in response to each individual request.
For sizes 60 and 62 there is a surcharge of 20%





Shipping & Return

Do you offer free delivery?


We offer free shipping:

  • EU and Principality of Monaco: above 150,00€.
  • Switzerland, Liechtestein, Norway: above 150,00€ or equivalent in local currency.
  • US, Canada: above 200,00€ or equivalent in local currency.
For other country worldwide the shipment cost is always 45,00€




How long will it take to receive my order?


Orders are usually shipped the working day after you placed the order. We send the goods by TNT/Fedex courier:

  • 2-4 working days for EU - Principality of Monaco
  • 3-6 working days Switzerland - Norway - Liechtestein
  • 4-8 working days Canada - Usa
  • 4-10 working days other countries worldwide




Where is my order?


We will send by TNT/Fedex courier. You will receive a link to track the order in your shipping confirmation email, or if you have an account you can follow the status of your shipment directly inside your personal order page. For any problem contact us.




What is your return policy?


The return is always for any reason free in EU, Principality of Monaco, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtestein, US, Canada:

  • You have 15 days from the date of the delivery to inform us that you want to return or change the order.
For other countries worldwide unfortunately the return is not free, and customer is responsible for shipping, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns need to be received in the original packaging, with the warranty tag still attached and in unused and resalable condition.




Do you offer free return or exchange?


Yes we offer free returns and exchange in EU, Principality of Monaco, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtestein, Canada, US.




How do I return my order?


Send an email to info@bottegiani.com with your order number in object and which item you would like to exchange or return. No specific reason for return or replacement is required but It is always welcome to know your reasons and understand the problem, so we kindly ask you to briefly describe your motivation. Only for free returns ( from EU, Principality of Monaco, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtestein, Canada, USA).

  • A pre-paid TNT returns label will be sent by e-mail, with the instruction for the collection.
  • It is possible to agree with us a specific day for the collection, in this case we ask you to communicate us it by e-mail.
  • It is possible to request the collection at a different address of the order address, as long as it is in the same district.
Returns and exchange are processed within 2 working days from the time we receive the product back.
